We sold with a good bid before auction, with considerable promotion and high interest in the property. We met Steve in Nov initially to sell our house including two other agents. We choose to go with Steve because of his proven track record, good marketing strategy, value for money and less cost as compared to others. He explained us end to end process clearly and there were no surprises down the track.
