I won't lie, the idea of selling our property daunted us not to mention the idea of not making an money on our investment. Thanks to Steve and the team at One Agency Kippax for the successful sale of our home. Steve was personable with excellent communication skills. We appreciated his flexibility and personalized approach to the campaign, for example having a two week auction campaign rather than the standard 4 weeks. He took the time to understand our needs and met those requirements to help us achieve our goals! There was also no pressure to take out print media advertising, however all options were presented so we could choose what suited us. Steve held Thursday night, Saturday and Sunday open homes to maximize exposure to potential buyers, and used attractive banners with boards to attract passers by.
