I initially thought that Steve’s appraisal of my property was ambitious however, I was happy to be proven wrong. Happily, I can say that he achieved an even higher price that what he appraised. As with these types of transactions not everything always goes smoothly, however Stephens maturity and constant communication made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough.

We had been looking for a home to buy intermittently for 6 or so months, and seriously for 3 months. In this time we would have seen probably 100 houses, and dealt with a similar number of agents. Without a doubt, Steve was by far the most personable agent we met. It's a pity the ratemyagent site doesn't include honesty and integrity (words not usually associated with agents!) as metrics, as we would give Steve 5 out of 5 stars for this too.
