A1 Service, Professional and Extremely Reliable
We recently changed over the management rights of our property to AH Realty after several years of bad service and lack of follow up from previous management realty. Since we have changed over I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service of our management team. The team is on top of everything and always follow up in a timely manner any requests that we or our tennants have to help build a good relationship. When there are issues/repairs that the tenants raise the management team always come to me with solutions rather than me having to sort it out myself. Such a time saver and provides great peace of mind. The team have great contacts too so any issues can be dealt with in an extremely timely manner. I own several rental properties around Qld for several years and I can honestly say this has been the best Management Team I have had the pleasure to work with. I can't recommend AH Realty enough if you are an investor and looking for a competent, reliable, trustworthy and professional team.

Review of Moranbah AH Realty
As the owner of two rental properties in Moranbah, I moved over to AH Realty with high hopes but have been disappointed. When tenants moved out, I felt that the property was not rented in a timely manner and the paperwork for landlord insurancewas not sent to the insurance company in a timely manner. Several weeks ago I was told I would be sent a photo of an issue with a window, but I have heard no more about that. I am very disappointed.

Best in town
I came to AH realty for our first investment property after dealing with an awful situation with a previous tenant ( NOT AH REALITY TENANT) They have helped us get the house back to live able conditions and got tenants in there who are looking after our house. I cant thank them enough for how they have helped us , Highly recommend. Big shout out to Nikki the property manager Nothing like local expertise!
