Annemarie is always meticulous in selecting Great employees within her business. Everyone I have communicated with has done an outstanding job. A reliable agency
Our property manager Lee-Anne has been absolutely fantastic. Our house had been badly mis-managed (unknown by us at the time) and was in such a state that it was unrentable when we first transferred it to AH Realty. Lee-Anne organised the huge project to bring it up to standard and it was rented out within a few weeks. As we live in Darwin NT, it has been paramount to have good communications between us and we can say this has been an appreciated part of the management with regular calls, emails and reports. Lee-Anne has excellent skills and a professional manner. Problems with an unreliable tenant currently have demonstrated her knowledge of following industry protocols and procedures and we have every confidence that our property is being well managed. We cant thank her enough.

Lee-Anne is a highly skilled and diligent property manager. She is proactive and extremely helpful. In addition to managing all the day to day property management Lee-Anne ads allot of value in terms of helping us maintain our properties and achieving the best rental rates. We would recommend her to any landlord.

Its easy to be a remote Landlord with AH Realty!
Our property at Moranbah has been in the hands of AH Realty for many years now. Being a remote landlord down on the Sunshine Coast, it is good to feel confident in our leasing and management agency when it comes to managing the property and tenants. We have had a difficult tenant in the past and the situation was handled beautifully. We have also had some major repairs, water leak damage etc and those repair situations were also handled very well with minimum stress for us. We would not hesitate to recommend AH Realty as your leasing agency.

Very good agency
As we don't live in Moranbah, we are heavily reliant on our agent to keep us informed and up to date with everything going on at our property. Very efficient and reliable
