It was a pleasure to work with Joe on the sale of our home. He’s professionalism, punctuality, enthusiasm, and consideration made the process smooth and prompt. He was persistent without being pushy and held himself with integrity. We were delighted with the price he achieved for our home, which exceeded our expectations.

A big price, a top job and a record sale for the street! Well marketed to the target buyers. We received the price we asked for. Not much more to add except to say that Joe is a delight to work with. A good team @ LJH Burwood.

This is to thank you and the staff of LJ Hooker, Burwood, for the successful sale of our property. It is the second occasion that our family has dealt with your firm. This decision was indeed well justified. Once again your diligence and attention to detail in the marketing program attracted a large number of potential buyers. As a result, the auction was extremely well attended and realised the untapped potential of our property.

We met Joe Several years ago when he was selling our neighbours home and ever since then we knew that when it came time to selling our home that he would be the only agent for the job. From the moment we met Joe we were immediately comfortable with his approach and knew we were in good hands as he has a proven track record in Burwood and was recommended by many others who have had dealings with him. The outcome of our sale was well above our expectations. In conclusion we highly recommend Joe to anybody who wishes to sell in the area and we wish him continued success in the future.

Our experience in dealing with Joe Murania as our agent has been a very positive and happy one. We found Joe to be a passionate agent who cared about getting the best results for us as sellers. He worked long and hard to source buyers, many times working way outside his usual hours. We appreciated his honesty and knowledge regarding the real estate market and his regular communications with us. Joe was always obliging and was never out of reach if we needed to ask questions or find out any information. We are confident he was able to give us the best outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We are writing to thank you very much for the wonderful outcome of the sale of our property. From our first contact with you we have found you to be professional in manner, with a great wealth of local knowledge, personable, reliable and punctual. You gave us your honest opinion in relation to the value of the house and in fact we sold the property for the price you first indicated. You met with us out of business hours and explained in detail all the aspects in relation to the sale of the property. We were extremely pleased with the way you negotiated with the buyer and were very happy with the outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending you to prospective sellers. Well done.

I would just like to formally acknowledge all the hard work and dedication Joe Murania put into the sale of my house at 50 Lucas Rd Burwood. From the outset, I felt that he understood what a difficult decision it was for me to sell the house which had been home to my mother and grandmother. He was very sensitive to my concerns about selling and at no stage did I feel that he was pushing me along too quickly. I did interview other agents but I was impressed not just by Joe's obvious track record in the Burwood area, but also his genuine motivation to handle the sale along with an incredibly prompt responsiveness to any concerns or questions I raised (even responding to emails on a Sunday!) Joe's advice on how to prepare the property for sale was also spot on and the tradesmen that he organised to assist with the various tasks involved were both thorough and professional. Having him organise this side of things was also a great weight off my shoulders and the jobs were completed according to the time frame and budget we discussed. His encouragement to make the house available for inspection a week earlier than we had originally planned was sound and meant that we attracted potential buyers that we may have otherwise lost. And ultimately Joe's good name and contacts with a large range of home buyers interested in the Burwood area secured the sale after only two open house inspections. And I have to admire his ability to read a buyer's level of interest in being able to obtain a price much above what I had originally anticipated. So my sincere thanks to Joe - it doesn't really sound enough for the peace of mind he secured for myself and my son. Even now with the settlement past, he is still responding to my questions without delay and so although I am sorry to be leaving the Burwood area, I will certainly be singing his praises far and wide as the agent to go to for anyone who has an interest in buying or selling in the Burwood area.
