Sandra Wilson really understood very quickly what we were looking for in the Dee Why area. Her local knowledge was invaluable and she was so easy to work with. She was there at every stage of the purchasing process and went out of her way to make sure we had all our questions about the property answered promptly. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy in the area.

We are extremely happy with our relationship with Sandra Wilson of Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate. We listed with Sandra because she uses the Jenman System of seeking the highest offer from each prospective buyer, without the drama of having an auction. Our property was only on the market for 3 weeks when we accepted the highest offer, which was very satisfactory, being well in line with market expectations. We would recommend dealing with Sandra to anyone wanting to obtain the best value for their property.
