Superstar Agency!
I'd like to say Ratcliff Mathews is a knowledgeable, organised, service oriented and results driven team. Ten years ago, we bought our family house from team Ratcliff Mathews. And soon later Robert became to our investment property manager, he is a very knowledgeable agent who knows the area and the houses very well. Everyone in the team is a Superstar!

Robert from Ratcliff worked very hard to get new tenants for us at Christmastime. He found good tenants after showing the house to a number of prospects. Wonderful work and a great weight off the mind of me and my wife. Other work he’s done for us has been likewise superb!

Fantastic property manager!
Robert has been brilliant. Professional, experienced, proactive and responsive. A pleasure to deal with. When my tenants in my investment property ended their lease early, Robert was right onto it and secured a new tenant quickly and efficiently ensuring continuity of tenancy. His experience and honest feedback regarding applicants and their suitability was so valuable. I would highly recommend Robert, and the agency as a whole.

Third Timer!
I’ve been working with Robert for many years now, first as a tenant, then as a landlord for my townhouse, and now again with my other house. Every time, either as a tenant or as a landlord, I am impressed by Robert’s professionalism and care - the results are also great, but the most important thing is that he will look after the tenant, your property and everything else in between so you won’t need to worry. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Robert to a landlord and tenants alike.

Very efficient
