Cranston and the team at LJ Hooker Freshwater made the sales process of my unit a relatively simple affair despite a slight downturn in the market at the time of sale. He kept me constantly updated and was professional, courteous and positive in his outlook. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone considering selling.

Cranston was very knowledgeable and helpful with selling my first home. My appartment looked great in advertising, he helped gain lots of interest and ended up with a great reault.

Cranston and the team at LJH Freshwater have managed properties for us over a number of years. Their service and follow up have always been reliable and prompt. The recent sale of our property using Cranston was a very well managed process. We had a comprehensive marketing plan, excellent attendance at open days, which were professionally hosted, and greats follow up of prospective buyers.

Cranston was a consummate professional. He was also kind enough to allow us access to the property before settlement so my drafts person could take some measurements and we could make some further plans for when we move in to our new home. Many thanx.

She has sold two units for us and both at surprisingly higher than the average market value. She has a knack at catching the best paying customers. I have worked with other agents and they lost opportunities one after the other. Sandra does not fail unless the whole market does.

It was a wonderful experience purchasing a property through Sandra. Sandra really understands the market and goes beyond the call of duty; driving to our home with the contracts for signing one evening. Very refreshing to deal with an agent of such high calibre.

Cranston was extremely helpful throughout the negotiation and purchase, he helped communicate our requests and queries to the vendor and kept us updated and in the loop throughout the process.

Sandra helped my Mum with the sale of her home above and beyond her job description. It gave me such peace of mind that my mother had a compassionate person that helped make the process of selling her home run smoothly and with minimal stress as possible. This was very important to my sister and I as our Mother after almost 60 years, was leaving the home she built with my Father brick by brick. It was an emotional journey for her and Sandra was amazing it was like having a family friend look after her through this process. Thanks Sandra your a unique person in this industry. Regards Christy

I recently purchased a property from Sandra and I found her to be extremely helpful, trustworthy and professional in all of my dealings. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to others looking to sell their property.

The pre-sale price estimate was higher than was achieved however in fairness several other agents also estimated a higher price. We encountered bad weather during the marketing campaign which did have an impact on the interest however L.J. Hooker and in particular CranstonSchwarz did everything that hey promised. I would use them again.
