We had a fantastic experience buying our property with Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate. Sandra has been an absolute star from the moment we walked into the open house up until settlement. Very friendly, always contactable and professional yet personable. She handled the sales process extremely well, despite an unfortunate event on the vendor's site. We can highly recommend her and her team and would consider selling our property with her. Many thanks for making our sale a memorable experience.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sandra during the purchase of our investment property recently. She has been very approachable and helpful throughout the whole process. She possesses good negotiating skills which helped in settling the property at a good price . She made sure that the settlement of the property went very smooth . Sandra was instrumental in helping me and my kids begin our new life and she always dealt with us with compassion and understanding. She keep constant communication throughout and dealt with the process of bargaining and purchasing efficiently. She even had us involved in putting the sold sticker on the sign which was a great added bonus. Thanks Sandra!

We had an old house to sell (my mother's) so the team at LJ Hooker were more selling the potential of the property rather than the house on it. They put together a wonderful advertising campaign. I do video production work so I was interested to see how their video would turn out. To say I was impressed was an understatement. VERY happy with how they presented our property. We had weekly meetings and received reports and buyer feedback right throughout the campaign. Unfortunately, the market slumped right at the wrong time for our sale. However, the LJ Hooker team worked hard and we ended up with the SOLD sticker placed on the advertising board.

Cranston was a pleasure to deal with in our recent purchase. He clearly knows his local market and is in touch with the community. Cranston has a fantastic ability to match both the vendor and purchasers needs in a transaction and has a no BS approach.
