When we first approached the Beenleigh office, we were greeted and attended to very quickly, and as walk in’s it was appreciated. From first contact we had a property offer within 5 days which was accepted on first open home. We believe Trina took the time to know who we are and ‘sold us’ to the owners who accepted our offer, while ensuring the the owners wishes/price was respected and met. We are very grateful to Trina for this, we believe it was her input, her efforts to know both sellers and buyers along with hard work that made this a quick, fair and trouble free process. I bought a property through Adam in the past, and when I decided to sell, Adam was the only agent I trusted to put my best interests first. When he sold the property I was overseas. Adam was briliant and did not faulter, even when we encountered some issues due to my being in a foreign country at the time. Paperwork needing to be witnessed by the appropriate person is not as easy overseas as it is in Australia. Being in a country where English is the not the spoken language, all documents which needed legal witnessing had to be translated first, legally. Then having them witnessed, taking a bilingual solicitor (even though I speak the language well, legal terms are beyond my knowledge at this stage), having to mail the original documents back to Australia. All of this takes time (a lot more than usual). Adam went above and beyond to ensure that all parties knew the situation and to ensure them that all is well. He is upfront and honest, and that is an amazing trait to find in an agent, and he got me the best price for the property. He is the best of the best as far as I'm concerned. I would recommend Adam to anyone wanting to buy or sell property, and I personally will never use anyone but Adam should I need to buy or sell in the future.

After numerous unsatisfactory outcomes with other real estate agents, I decided to Talk to Trina and get someone with local knowledge in to sell my house. Trina made me feel comfortable right from the start and I had no issue in handing over my property to her for sale. They started out with an open home and from that there were immediate interest in the home, she ended up taking a couple of groups through the property and managed to get us an offer and negotiate a fair market price for our home. Over all the experience was a lot smoother with Trina than with the other agents we approached. We are very satisfied with the results and would recommend Trina very highly.

Adam is brilliant at what he does, our property had its challenges and instead of hiding them Adam showed them off so that every perspective buyer knew what they were walking into before turning up as to not waste anyone’s time or to get our hopes up on the numbers of people through the property. Surprise Surprise, Adam knows what his on about, after the first open house we had a few offers and accepted one which was higher than what I thought we’d get for the property. Adams communication throughout the whole process was great which made the selling of our property stress free. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell their property.
