Adam is brilliant at what he does, our property had its challenges and instead of hiding them Adam showed them off so that every perspective buyer knew what they were walking into before turning up as to not waste anyone’s time or to get our hopes up on the numbers of people through the property. Surprise Surprise, Adam knows what his on about, after the first open house we had a few offers and accepted one which was higher than what I thought we’d get for the property. Adams communication throughout the whole process was great which made the selling of our property stress free. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell their property. I first contacted Adam about a property at Mt Warren Park I had seen advertised. Within a day or two Adam had arranged for an inspection. A couple of days after the inspection he calledand asked what I thought. I said I didn’t want it. He asked a few questions about what I was after and a couple of days later called about another house that he thought would suit. I bought it. I found Adam to be knowledgeable on the area. He wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell’ too hard. He even helped me move my lounge in when he dropped off the keys!
