I first contacted Adam about a property at Mt Warren Park I had seen advertised. Within a day or two Adam had arranged for an inspection. A couple of days after the inspection he calledand asked what I thought. I said I didn’t want it. He asked a few questions about what I was after and a couple of days later called about another house that he thought would suit. I bought it. I found Adam to be knowledgeable on the area. He wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell’ too hard. He even helped me move my lounge in when he dropped off the keys!

I’m all about first impressions, from the moment I first spoke to Adam I was convinced he was too good to be true. But he was consistent and took all our worries away. We had 3 properties to sell in Eagleby and we live in Perth, he was our ears and eyes, we need an attentive agent. Now after selling all three over the past 10 months I miss his calls and texts every few days. We never met however I class Adam as a friend. I call to say hello and hubby thinks it’s weird.
