The best agent by far!
After considering a few agents for the Waterford QLD area, we opted for Trina and the LJ Hooker team based on her proven sales record, great communication and market knowledge. Trina was able to deliver and secured an excellent price for our property after only two weeks in a very tight/declining market. The after sales support by Trina, and her PA, Cara, was also first class. This was very much appreciated since are based in WA and needed a local team to help us! We highly recommend Trina!

Professional Team
Nothing was a trouble when we negotiated the purchase of our property. We were serious buyers, and the LJ Hooker team were very accomodating when we asked to inspect at late notice, and were always very prompt with all communications and negotiations throughout the purchase process. We wish we had visited them first before anyone else when we started to look at properties, nothing was a problem. Thank you ladies Trina and Cara for all your assistance

Great Agent
