I found Trina to be very straight forward and told me exactly what the expectation was in regards to the sellers. As a buyers agent I found this to be a very refreshing trait from a sales agent- no sugarcoating. Their expectation was also alligned with my assesment on the property so my clients would also be happy. In my experience when I work with sales agents with this work ethic the deals tend to be faster- very transparent and satisfying to both the seller and buyer. Settlement was scheduled for 3 weeks from the agreed contract date- a tough ask just before xmas but we (the buyers) managed to get ready by this date only for the sellers to be told by their bank that they could not meet the schedule. Trina was communicative and fast to assure the sellers that all would be fine and an extension to settlement was agreed by both parties. A pleasure to work with you Trina
