Karen was awesome throughout the entire sale period. Anything we asked for was accommodated for us. She was always available to speak to and prompt with replies to any of our questions. We achieved a great result in a declining marketplace. Best of all she was realistic about price and didn’t gain our business through unrealistic expectations which many other agents will try to do to get your business. In the negotiation part of the sale she worked hard to gain us the best possible outcome. She did not rush us at all just to get a sale. We had a great experience using Tony Webber at LJ Hooker as our agent. We sold our house within 2 weeks of listing for the exact amount that we were trying to achieve. We did not have to pay marketing costs and the commission was the most competitive rate of all the agents we interviewed. The process was smooth and Tony went above and beyond the call by inspecting our property prior to handover and dealing with the issues and unfinished items relating to the build, attending to lawn mowing and cleaning etc (as we were selling a property directly after construction and we live in a different state).
