Dave Bradley of LJ Hooker's Cleveland office, sold my house in a deteriorating market, achieving an outstanding result. Dave managed the entire process of getting the house ready for sale, discussing price range, advising on what was required, liaising with tradespeople and following up on work needed. He effectively negotiated between me as the vendor and the buyer, maintaining open and effective communication with both parties until the deal was finalised. Dave was also instrumental in advising when legal advice was needed. Nyree did an Absol;utely wonderful job selling my home. From the time it went on the market it was only 24 hours till it was sold.I think there were about 5 or 6 people viewed the house on the day and there were some 3 people bidding.
