This is the 2nd time I’ve dealt with David. First time to buy and second to sell. Both time’s easy, straightforward, dedicated and honest. David sold my house within a month even when interest rates were starting to rise. He arranged styling at a great price and for a longer period of time. We had a number of agents touting their skills and wanting to 'sell' our property for us, but Karen was the only one who offered to 'market' the property, and then promptly spent the next hour or so explaining how she intended to do that, clearly and concisely. With refreshingly minimal self-promotion, she left us in no doubt that she had the knowledge, the skills, and the professionalism to do just that. She also offered us a competetive rate for commission, photography and marketing costs. She already had a number of potential buyers, and after the property was posted online on a Monday, we had our first inspection at 8.30 Tuesday morning. When deciding on an offer we wanted a brief rent-back clause, and she was able to obtain that for us. The whole process went smoothly, and in this she was ably assisted by her friendly and competent staff.
