The sale of our property through Ming was very easy and hassle free. From the word go she was able to provide us with a fairly accurate appraisal of our property and was able to provide a client within a matter of 2 days. The information she provided to the buyers was such that when they came to inspect our property they were all but ready to sign on the dotted line. She was also able to negotiate an extended settlement period (8 Months) for us which suited our needs.
