We picked Karen for her preparedness upon first meeting her and her positivity re our property. She encouraged us to get the property on the market asap as she felt sure it would sell quickly which it did. We did not have any open houses nor advertising and the settlement was under 30 days which was quite quick and a bit rushed but the buyers where very keen and needing somewhere quite quickly. Chloe was very helpful once the sale was settled but once the contract was signed we did not see Kare again and was a bit disappointed that the effort wasn't made to at least say thanks on both sides. I would recommend the team to sell any property.
