As a property investor I was looking for an agent who had superior market knowledge, including how to differentiate and promote my property above others in the townhouse complex. And Nyree Ewings was the agent who delivered. Nyree is an in demand agent, yet she took the time to maintain trust in her professionalism and commitment to my property. Nyree exceeded my price expectations and I would highly recommend working with Nyree to achieve your property goals.

Our investment unit had to be sold. It was costing us money as it was empty ie no rental income. The previous tenants left the property in a pretty sad state. I live interstate and did not have the ability to organise trades to get the property to a saleable condition. Karen and her team, especially Chloe, were fantastic. They organised painters, carpet installers and a handyman to transform the property to an as new condition. We managed to get considerably more for the property than recent sales of similar units in the same complex. If it wasn't for Karen and her team this would never have happened. I could not recommend LJH Cleveland any more highly.

We were so pleased with the service and support we received from Nyree Ewings at LJ Hooker. Karen and I want to thank Nyree for assisting us with the purchase of our home. It was evident when we first met Nyree that her expertise and knowledge would be a valuable asset in purchasing our home. We appreciated Nyree’s responsiveness to our numerous questions and for being so understanding. Nyree always returned phone calls and emails immediately. The Buying process can be quite stressful, but Nyree was there to guide us and to assure us that everything would work out. Thank you Nyree for your patience and support. Sincerely

When we decided it was time to sell we couldn’t think of anyone else that we would rather sell our home. Courtney goes above and beyond for her clients, truly cares about you and tries her hardest to make the whole process of selling as easy as she can. After all the back and forth with all the questions we had not once did she make us feel like an inconvenience and she always had time for us. We would and have highly recommended Courtney to our family and friends. You certainly won’t regret choosing her to help sell your home.

After having a good experience with ratemyagent in Mackay. We decided to see who was the highest rated agent for Mount Cotton. no surprise it's Corinne Guterres. Our homework paid off. Corinne is highly motivated and extremely communicative, she knows the area and market like the back of her hand. Corinne worked tirelessly to achieve the result. After speaking to several agents, Corinne stood out. We negotiated a commission, spoke frankly about expectations. Corinne had a couple of weeks notice before we signed exclusively with her. Corinne had our house sold within 24hrs of signing with her. We had 3 offers on the day of sale. Offers from her clientele list, local knowledge and wealth of experience. Save yourself the time and look no further. Highly recommend Corinne Guterres.
