Smooth, seamless transaction. A pleasure!
We needing to vacant our rental quite urgently, Corinne was straight on the task of finding us a place to buy. It wasnt long before she came back to us with a beautiful house, off market, in the same suburb for the right price. Knowing the pressures we were under, Corinne was very understanding and supportive throughout the process as well as been very friendly and inviting. We would certainly recommend Corinne to anyone looking to buy/sell in Mt Cotton.

Corrine is a fun loving, easy going, personable real estate agent who put us at ease right from the start, making it an easy decision to use Corinne as our agent to sell our home. We totally trusted Corinne's expertise in presenting our home and getting it ready for market. Corinne communicated well with us throughout the whole process and we never felt pushed or pressured at any stage. We felt that Corinne worked well with the buyers working through specific needs and requirements. There were a couple of times that Corinne went above and beyond in her dealings with potential buyers by doing extra research into queries that the buyers had- nothing was too difficult for her. Corinne sold the above house to me in April 2020. Corinne was extremely helpful and efficient.
Unfortunately the house had to go back on the market recently. Once again Corinne became the Vendor. Once again Corinne excelled in her efficiency. Corinne goes beyond expectations to reach a settlement to the satisfaction of both seller and buyer. Corinne also helped to arrange trades persons to repair minor defects pointed out by the building inspector. As we are from Rockhampton this was a tremendous help. If in future we need a Vendor Corinne will be the person.

We not only sold our house with Corinne off market, we also gave her the task of finding our dream home, and she delivered within two days with a stunning home, also off market!! Corinne was personally with us every step of the way before, during and after the purchase of our home. It wasn’t just a sale process. Corinne gave us such so more more with recommendations of local tradesmen, assisting with building and pest, and supplying us with local knowledge of our new area. Our phone calls were always answered immediately, and Corinne kept us updated throughout the whole process. Overall, Corinne’s personalised service made us feel so relaxed and stress free. Professionalism Personified
