This is the 8th property Nyree has sold for me in recent history. She’s completely sold us out of stock at this point, and we’re extremely happy with that result. We keep coming back to her for good reason, and look forward to working with her again in the future.

So did her job well , acting for the Seller, without giving me ANY discounts. normally I always get a price improvement as a buyer. She is a tough negotiator.

We had an amazing experience with Nyree and were extremely happy with the result we achieved. The sale exceeded our expectations and was done in a very quick manner. Nyree is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market well. We liked the fact she was honest and didn't want to tell us anything just to get our business (like some agents). We were continually informed from start to finish by Nyree and her assistant Lyndal. Would highly recommend.

Both Karen and Ian demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market in which I was selling a challenging site. They were always very pleasant to deal with, never applied unwanted pressure and always provided sound advice. I was very happy with them.

With both a long history in the local market and a high volume of sales, Nyree understands the local market like few others.

This is my second experience with Nyree as agent, both as seller and now buyer, and on both occasions I found her to be always very pleasant and efficient to deal with. I consider her Professionalism to be second to none. I was particularly surprised with her memory of detail surrounding my circumstances and my personal preferences. I definitely would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Redlands area.
