Everything was done with a minimum of fuss, and sold the property for around $40,000 more than the price another agent had indicated. And sold in 2 days Nyree also organised a solicitor , and Building and pest inspections So everything was VC completely seamless I could not recommend her highly enough

We first met Karen whilst putting in an offer on a house we fell in love with, she was straight up, no nonsense and gave us sound advice as to putting in an attractive offer in a never seen before sellers market in Brisbane. We followed her advice, but unfortunately lost the offer to another buyer (not by much) too which we were devastated. A few days later, out of nowhere, Karen called me and said she had a possible 2 houses for us to look at that were in our desirable range (wow! what a memory!) the care was instantly there, she told us she genuinely felt sad that we lost the last property and wanted to find us something.. it was then we knew we found an amazing agent. An agent for the genuine buyer, an agent who cared... Karen went next level on customer service in the real estate game. From there she allowed us to work with the seller to be invited into private inspections where we were completely head over heels with what she found us.. even better than the one we lost!... Karen then invited us to offer. An offer was placed, and Karen instantly talked to the sellers to where, in a short time, we all came at an agreement with a price and we signed the contract! IT WAS DONE! I can't speak highly enough of Karen's caring, understanding and professional persona. She WILL work with you to find what you want in a house, she WILL inform you on current, accurate market trends, she WILL give you an honest and open answer to any questions you may have, she WILL be there every step of the way before/during/after purchase. Karen is a credit to the LJ Hooker group and the real estate business and is to be commended on her work bar none. We wouldn't be in this happy world owning our amazing new dream home without her. Thank you Karen, for everything. You've changed our lives forever!

Karen was very informative when she came to visit on our first meeting. She was friendly and very switched on. She and Joanne looked after us very well and put a lot of time in which resulted in us selling our house. Very happy.

After telling Corinne what we were looking for, she found us the perfect home in a matter of weeks. She really listened to what we needed and let us know as soon as the house was on the market. Her communication was excellent, always quick to reply and she checked in with us along the way to make sure things were on track. She's an expert in her field and absolutely lovely to deal with. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
