We rented a house through these guys, and from the very beginning it has been a very positive experience. The girls there are super helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries we have. Everything down to arranging to sign the lease and pick up the keys has been professional. They even left us a little welcome gift! We have nothing but good things to say about this agency and how they operate, and would highly recommend.

Sorry but I can’t write a good review, with the uncleanliness of the house, there was no bond clean at all before I got the keys, also no water pressure, couldn’t get a shower or clean or do washing until a plumber came out. and broken aspestos fence and broken aspestos pieces all over the house, Sorry but it was stressful move , and if I could take it back I would. Should be able to trust that the house was managed correctly before being renting out., still am not happy with the broken asbestos! !! And there is still a rodent (huge rats) problem. Not fair at all.

Sophie our agent is very helpful with any problems we have had. Our shift had a few problems such as car park and cage but after a few days all was sorted. As it is a new unit there are little problems but the handyman is very helpful when notified.
