Finding the most satisfaction in the Property Management field, Tina started working as the Divisional Manager for LJ Hooker Nerang in 2008. In 2024, Tina moved her focus to customer service as New Client Manager for the property management department. An investment owner herself, Tina knows what is important when it comes to your residential investment and the importance of having someone working with you each step of the way. Tina's expertise spans the Gold Coast district, stretching from Ormeau in the north to Tugan in the south, with her influence reaching inland to Natural Bridge. Cassandra commenced her Real Estate career in 2007 and worked towards setting a benchmark in service standards and quality assurance within her portfolio. Tony moved to the Gold Coast in 1997 with his wife, looking for a lifestyle “where the weather suits my clothes.” Since then, he has built an impressive career across the real estate, construction, and development industries. A fully Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Diploma in Real Estate, Tony brings extensive experience in property sales, contracts administration, and property management. This broad expertise equips him with a deep understanding of the property investment market, enabling him to provide exceptional service to clients. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design, Tony also has a strong background in passive solar design, building design, construction, and landscaping. This diverse skill set allows him to offer a unique support service to property owners, potentially saving them money. Since 2011, Tony has focused on property management, earning a reputation for his honesty, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to meeting the needs of both owners and tenants.
