Ewan's not like most real estate agents you deal with. He is honest, upfront and has a genuine intrest in what's best for you and the buyer. Most agents will say what you want to hear to get the listing. We were thinking about renting our place out at one point and Ewan thought it was a good idea. Not many agents would suggest for you to rent your place out. Ewan's experience and expertise in Carrara specifically Boonooroo Park area is second to none and he was right on the money with what our place was worth. Would definitely recommend as you won't be let down and Ewan will go above and beyond for you.

Steve was incredibly easy going and easy to get along with. We never felt pressured and he was always available to answer any questions - even the ones my husband assured me had already been answered! Steve’s expert market knowledge was evident throughout the buying process and his attention to detail and honest opinion was much appreciated. As first home buyers we were incredibly impressed with a stress free and straight forward journey from our initial offer to moving in. Steve is certainly an asset to the LJ Hooker team and we highly recommend him - from first home buyers to long term investors - Steve’s your man!

The stress, worry and burden of selling multiple pieces of land was effectively managed and driven by Julie from the very start. Julie kept us constantly informed and nothing was ever any bother. Julie takes on any challenge presented to her and does not give up until everything is completed. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone!

After having our property listed with another agency for just under a year and feeling let-down and dejected, I picked up the phone and finally called Julie Morgan-Kemp at LJ Hooker Nerang. And I am so glad I did. From that initial first phone call right through to settlement (51 days on the market) Julie gave it everything. I honestly believe this lady does not have an off switch. She ran a beautiful marketing campaign that was only surpassed by her enthusiasm, optimism and total commitment to getting potential buyers through the door. We love Julie. She is honest, fair and doesn’t waste a single minute. Thank-you Julie. In my eyes you achieved the impossible... but then again you do work miracles.
