The staff are all very friendly and a smile at all times. The property management team are experienced, caring and install confidence. We had the black moment when the tenants stopped paying rent, the team managed the situation exceptionally well from communication with us, to court, police involvement and dispersement of the bond to pay for all bills. Now they are doing all the claims etc for rent arrears. Well done team.

Its been an absolute pleasure - while we are renting we have owned our own homes for a number of years and expected to be treated differently. It think if I was renting for 200 a week or buying for a million, I would be treated the same - professionally and kindly.
