Early on Dean was confident in his ability to move our property quickly and at a set price. Our timing was difficult due to some badly timed storms on our open house dates and also Christmas. Dean felt that as soon as the break was over the interest would be back on and he was right. On our first actual proper open house he obtained an offer very close to our asking price. This was later increased to meet it.
