Dean was able to sell my unit in a difficult market in Chermside, there is so much available in the area - the market is just flooded. But Dean never gave up and we have now sold our unit. When I first contacted other agents they told me that I wouldn't get what I wanted and weren't confident at all. Dean however agreed with me and was confident that we could get what I wanted and at the end of the day we sold for what I wanted and what the unit was worth. Early on Dean was confident in his ability to move our property quickly and at a set price. Our timing was difficult due to some badly timed storms on our open house dates and also Christmas. Dean felt that as soon as the break was over the interest would be back on and he was right. On our first actual proper open house he obtained an offer very close to our asking price. This was later increased to meet it. The process has been extremely stress free and made simple by his obvious knowledge of the market and his professional approach to dealing with all parties involved. I would definitely seek Dean's services again for future sales or purchases.
