I was recommended dean by my bank manager. He has been quite successful for a number of the banks clients in particular this of "older years". I contacted dean and after he inspected the property and advised of an amount for the starting price we decided to proceed. The house sold within a few days at an amount well in excess of the original asking price. A highly satisfactory result. I always herd to never trust a real estate agent but I couldn't say that about Dean. Honest, down to earth & genuinely works to get the best outcome for both parties.
