Dean handled every issue that came up for our sale very quickly minimising everything and making our sale very simple. He suggested valuable improvements to the market value and organised all trades and timeframes to meet our sale needs and had prospective buyers lined up and ready prior to going to market. A really potentially daunting task made very easy. We also eventually had the sale exceed our expectations which was brilliant.

I do not think the purchase of this property would have come together if it had not been for Dean. Dean was dealing with an elderly lady and quite often made the 30 - 45 min drive just to pick her up and bring her to the property. He went out of his way to help the seller and was very patient. He was extremely courteous to both us and the seller, we would highly recommend him as he was always willing to go the extra mile.

Dean's efforts in successfully selling our parents home were outstanding. The advice that he presented initially proved to be 100% correct. The property was effectively sold at the targeted price before it was released to the market. His claims of waiting buyers were actually true! Through-out the sales and settlement process Dean was fully involved, keeping both sides informed and working professionally to make the experience a win/win. In all it was a painless and rewarding event and I have no qualms recommending Dean.

Dean was a pleasure to work with. From the first meet at the open home he was friendly, professional and eventually guided me through the purchase of my first home. Without Deans understanding of what the buyer and indeed the seller goes through it would have been a much stressful time. I highly recommend Dean to all that are looking at the market, as I found his knowledge was far greater than other agents in the area. Dean did an exceptional job in ensuring my house was sold as promptly as possible, by ensuring everything was in place by the time it was listed and by maximising the pool of potential buyers through immediate open inspections as well as making himself available to take people through as soon as they contacted him. I was very pleased with the price it went for and his respectful and professional negotiations between me and the purchasers. It went after two weeks on the market! I would highly recommend Dean as an agent if you want to sell quickly, effortlessly and ethically!
