Historically I don't like real estate agents. I've had more poor experiences than even adequate ones - however selling my apartment with Lucy was none of these. I had a somewhat difficult situation with having the property still tenanted. Lucy went above and beyond what I anticipated and treated both myself and the tenant extremely well. Communication was impeccable and I felt like a person and not a paycheck. Lucy was prepared for every eventuality and had solutions all lined up. No complaints
