Simon is extremely friendly and approachable from our point of view as a buyer, unfortunately a lot of agents aren’t like this towards buyers, but Simon has bucked this trend! Having said that he still worked very hard for the sellers to get them the best possible price for their home and settlement conditions as you would expect him to do so!
