Simon is an awesome agent! As the purchaser I didn’t expect him to go above and beyond but he has made our purchase so much easier with constant communication and reaching out to see if we needed anything further. Nothing was too much. He provided recommendations for trades, made himself available for inspections or quotes for renovations (for post purchase), even helping find us a lawyer. Genuinely nice making sure everyone was happy. Will recommend to anyone selling. Five stars isn’t enough!!!
