Simon listened to what I was looking for and found several properties that met my criteria. During the purchasing process he was easily contactable, polite, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to work with Simon again on future purchases/sales. Having an agent who listens, can negotiate the needs and wants of both vendor and purchaser and do so with a friendly demeanor, certainly made purchasing a property a lot less stressful.

From the moment we met Nathan we were impressed with his extensive knowledge of the local market and his overall manner. Nathan was very straightforward to deal with and worked with us to develop a plan to prepare the house for sale. He answered all our questions in a frank and transparent manner and put our mind to ease in terms of the process. When the time came to list the property, Nathan oversaw the photos and general presentation, again also patiently answering questions we had. In terms of success, I don't think it comes much better than a sold sign 6 days after the listing went up at a price way beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend Nathan to anyone thinking of selling in the area - he is a thoroughly decent person with an exceptional talent for selling.

Dean's review of the local market was informative and honest. He knew the right strategy to lead a very short sales campaign in a highly saturated unit market in inner city Brisbane. We purchased a house that Dean was representing in Nov/Dec 2020. It was an incredibly busy time for banks, conveyancers and building inspectors. We experienced delays to the finance date due to the bank lead times, and were within a day of needing to postpone settlement. Throughout it all, Dean maintained a calm flow of communications between us and the sellers and, while ensuring that the seller's requirements were met, was able to hold the deal together through delays and disruptions. Buying a house at any time is a big deal, and at the end of 2020, it was more so. Dean significantly reduced the stress and anxiety with his calm focus on the things that were important. Highly recommended.

We purchased a place and Simon was the sellers agent. He was really easy to deal with. Kept everyone in the loop. Made negotiations between parties easy and was very transparent throughout the process. I think Simon is a really good communicator which makes things a lot smoother when you are trying to do a deal. I didn’t feel like I was being sold to at all or that he was pushy. He was polite, honest and overall respectful of all parties. He made himself available early one morning to do the building and pest inspection which he didn’t have to do. If you are wanting a fair and easy agent to deal with then I highly recommended Simon.
