Had a great sale recently where I sold my investment property after 2 other attempts a couple of years ago. Dean organised gardeners, pool cleaners, power, even cleaned the pool himself when needed to ensure the property was right for handover. It was sold in less than a week with two competing couples. Got a good price and very happy with the sale process. dean is highly recommended.

In difficult circumstances, Nathan found a way to get the job done. Through COVID there were challenges getting people through a tenanted property but Nathan did a great job and went the extra mile. An example of this was evidenced when the tenants neglected the external areas of the house so Nathan actually did some work himself. That is good old fashioned customer service that just isn't very common these days. Thank you Nathan.

Friendly & helpful - absolutely! Business is business though, nothing was converted. Fast forward; November 2020 - a marketing campaign spearheaded by Dean and his team at LJ Hooker Stafford; my Stafford Heights property went “live” on Friday morning, first home-open Saturday; a weekend of competitive multiple offers is what ensued. I have been looking to purchase a property on the northside of Brisbane for nearly 3 months, as an old hand at purchasing properties , commercial and residential I thought buying a Townhouse/Villa would be a walk in the park.
