I first meet Dean a few years ago when my mother wanted to know what her house was worth. I asked Dean that all communications were to go through me as mum is a disabled widow. Never once did he contact mum which pleased me as i didn't want her to be pressured into listing. Over the next couple of years Dean would call me occasionally to let me know what the market was doing. When it was time for mum to go into a nursing home i contacted Dean and another agent to try and sell the house off market. The price Dean got mum smashed all others by over $100k. I would recommend Dean to anyone trying to sell as he goes over the top to get the best result.

Dean was outstanding to deal with from the very beginning, he told us what he believed our property was was worth which correlated to the bank value and eventuated in our sale price, which we were very satisfied with ..
