Dean was not our first choice as agent and initially we went with another agent much to our disappointment as the house did not sell at auction and remained on the market for 60 days. During this time Dean kept in touch, wishing us all the best and telling us how good the house presented in photos. When we decided to take the property off the market, Dean was the first agent we called. He did not create unrealistic expectations or make false promises but had a definite plan to sell quickly. We bought our 5 bedroom house in a dress circle location with sweeping city views through Dean. Dean knows every detail of the property, and always answers his phone/ reply to emails in no time which gave us confidence in dealing with him.
