Dean went above and beyond what was expected during the sale process. He provided advice on the best sales strategy and what improvements should be made to the property prior to the sale. He also organised painters, a handyman, a gardener and the staging of the property. Dean's communication was excellent throughout and he was available at all hours to facilitate and negotiate the sale. The property was sold the first weekend it was on the market.
