Since beginning my career in real estate in 2023, I've gained hands-on experience across multiple facets of the industry-including leasing, sales, rental appraisals, and client relationship management-allowing me to understand the full property lifecycle and deliver exceptional service at every stage. My background as a Property Manager and Accounts Assistant has equipped me with a strong understanding of operational efficiency, financial oversight, and tenant management. Prior to real estate, I worked in sales and marketing, where I developed my ability to communicate effectively, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions-skills that remain central to my approach today. In my current role, I specialise in rental appraisals and business development, working closely with property owners to ensure their investments are positioned competitively in the market. I provide detailed market insights, strategic recommendations, and a customer-first approach to help clients maximise rental returns while maintaining long-term value. Additionally, my experience in the blinds, awnings, security screens, and shower screens industries gives me a keen eye for practical property enhancements that boost appeal and functionality-knowledge I regularly draw on when advising landlords and investors. Great Service

We rented out our unit with Casey from LJ Hooker. She was very pro-active and helped organise everything including chasing up the energy rating details for us. Living interstate it made everything manageable with a minimum of stress.

Amazing and supportive :)

Casey is one of the best real estate agents I have ever had while renting. She is very understanding and supportive regardless of the situation. Casey has made sure that my stay here has been accommodated and that is very important to myself. As someone who has both adhd and autism life can be a bit of a roller coaster, regardless if it has been about upgrading the internet, or finding the right time for inspections, and dealing with my cancellations, she has been the upmost accommodating. I could honestly not speak more highly of Casey and the LJ Hooker Team. If you are in the area and looking for a rental I could not stress enough that Casey and the Team will be there to support you. I have said to Casey many times that I appreciate all that she does, and if there where more people like Casey life would be so much easier for people like myself, a little understanding goes a long way. Thank you Casey and the LJ Hooker team, for making my time in Canberra as smooth as possible, I feel safe and respected and that means a lot too me :)

Re-letting after long-term tenants moved on

Casey and Chris did a great job ensuring the previous tenants left the house in good order and carrying out some minor maintenance before showing the property again. This is only the first time the tenants have changed for us, the original tenants moving in shortly after we bought the house (through LJH Tuggeranong). We were kept apprised as prospective tenants viewed the property and the whole process went very smoothly.

BREATH OF FRESH AIR

A breath of fresh air after moving across from The Property Collective. LJ Hooker have been incredible at picking up the pieces and getting everything back on track. Their communication has been exceptional, and they secured new tenants straight away. They’re also doing everything they can to recover months’ worth of unpaid rent caused by the previous property manager, which has been a huge relief. Overall, the service has been incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional. Highly recommended.
