Sophia is very responsive, usually responding within 1 day of an enquiry. Very responsive to follow-up questions and will provide detailed and informative responses. Only critique I have is that at times she didn’t know some details about utilities (e.g. electricity, internet), and I would have to look into it myself.

MARQ property have a really lovely team who were always helpful if I had any issues throughout my tenancy. I have no complaints and would recommend them to others.

Casey is one of the best real estate agents I have ever had while renting. She is very understanding and supportive regardless of the situation. As someone who has both adhd and autism life can be a bit of a roller coaster, regardless if it has been about upgrading the internet, or finding the right time for inspections, and dealing with my cancellations, she has been the upmost accommodating.
