Sophia is very responsive, usually responding within 1 day of an enquiry. Very responsive to follow-up questions and will provide detailed and informative responses. Only critique I have is that at times she didn’t know some details about utilities (e.g. electricity, internet), and I would have to look into it myself.

MARQ property have a really lovely team who were always helpful if I had any issues throughout my tenancy. I have no complaints and would recommend them to others.

The team at MARQ are great, they showed care throughout the whole move and even called me a couple weeks later to check up on me, even answering the phone when busy or on days off, this shows a strong level of commitment to their roles

Casey is one of the best real estate agents I have ever had while renting. She is very understanding and supportive regardless of the situation. Casey has made sure that my stay here has been accommodated and that is very important to myself. As someone who has both adhd and autism life can be a bit of a roller coaster, regardless if it has been about upgrading the internet, or finding the right time for inspections, and dealing with my cancellations, she has been the upmost accommodating.
