I’m so glad my sister and I had Stuart to sell our late Aunty’s property for us. We both live outside Sydney and Stuart did an absolutely amazing job coordinating all the services needed to get our Aunty’s unit ready for sale. He even discovered an extra storage room in the complex that we didn’t even know existed! His communication was always excellent and he kept us updated every step of the way, both by phone and email. He made a daunting and overwhelming situation clear and achievable. Stuart’s knowledge of the market is unparalleled. He was actually the agent when our late Aunt originally purchased the unit eight years ago! He kept us appraised of the local market, and the history of sales in the area. During the sale process he explained every step and my sister and I felt really confident with all his advice and decisions. In the end the results speak for themselves - Stuart sold the unit for substantially more than my sister and I thought it would, especially as the market is a little unpredictable at present. Found a new company to do the staging of the apartment at a very affordable rate saving us a chunk of money, organise the handy man to fix a few things that needed attention and made sure the property was put on the market in its best condition.
