I was really cramming as I needed to find a place since our lease from previous apartment was about to end. I luckily found this place and attended the inspection. Angelo, our agent was very nice, accommodating and was very helpful with all the queries we had. Normally, agents will just stand there and answer your questions but he was next level. He engaged to conversations which somewhat made me feel at ease. Also, communication was great. I told him my situation and that I really liked the place and he helped me get it. 😊

ML has been managing our unit for over 10 years. During this period we have always found ML to be extremely helpful, very professional and willing to do that little extra to find a suitable tenant. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and the team from ML to manage your property.

Appreciate the opportunity to be able to write a review for my property manager Angelo! As always, during the past 8 years having our properly looked after by Marriott Lane has given us great peace of mind, knowing everything will be taken care of, just as simple as that! About three years ago, our previous property manager left. The new property manager Angelo has impressed us with his dedicated services again and again just the same. Angelo is super responsive, very detailed, understanding and reliable. Most importantly, I think he cares not just the property/landlord but also the tenants. Every time when there was an issue reported, no matter how small, Angelo always responded immediately organising them in a highly professional way. He gave his time and professional advice to meet the demands of both tenants and landlord. He is an agent who treats his job seriously and truly cares his clients. Want your property to be looked after professionally with excellent service? I wouldn't recommend another agency!

We found Matthew to be very professional from the get go, he listen and understood our needs. Throughout the entire process, his attention to detail was stellar, if you are looking for an agent that gives more than 100% and goes above & beyond, give Matthew a call.

My real estate agent Matt could not have been more pleasant to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and was easily contactable. He also helped explain elements of the process that I didn’t understand and was very kind and gracious to deal with. I would absolutely recommend him and the entire Marriott Lane Real Estate team.
