My experiences with Shant from Marriott Lane have always been professional and helpful, with his knowledge of property management very valuable when looking at different options to take. I recently added to my investment portfolio and was only too happy to give it to the office and Shant's management, with a quality tenant sourced in record time for over an above my rental expectations.

I have moved into the apartment and been sent a condition report post signing the rental agreement. I have tried to contact the agent to tell him about issues with the doors not working properly and the dryer short circuiting the electricity and not working. I am receiving no response or call backs. Also was told the apartment was going to be commercially cleaned by the agent and it clearly wasn't when I moved in and was told that the landlord doesn't want to reimburse cleaning and is OK with having the apartment roughly cleaned when I vacate instead...
