I have moved into the apartment and been sent a condition report post signing the rental agreement. I have tried to contact the agent to tell him about issues with the doors not working properly and the dryer short circuiting the electricity and not working. I am receiving no response or call backs. Also was told the apartment was going to be commercially cleaned by the agent and it clearly wasn't when I moved in and was told that the landlord doesn't want to reimburse cleaning and is OK with having the apartment roughly cleaned when I vacate instead...

For some time now, I have leased out our rental properties myself. After a 'false start' with one agency, I came across Matthew Hanlon of Marriott Lane. In short, he has been fantastic. He managed the advertising, the cleaning and even some small repairs with a minimum of fuss and then leased out the property very quickly for a very good rental, whilst always keeping me informed. He was so good, I gave him our second property to lease out and, again, he was excellent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My experience has been extremely poor. I don’t receive timely responses to my communications. The building manager didn’t have my details and didn’t know I was moving in. He advised that the agent is supposed to pass on the information so I did not have parking access in the first instance. I’m extremely disappointed. The ad was not displayed correctly. Gym and pool is not in this building.
