Maggie Gategood Fri, 7 Jan, 11:32 (3 days ago) to Sabine Hi Sabine, I apologise for my late review of your management of my investment property. Although only acquainted with you recently I have found you professional and delightful in our dealings. You have been most helpful through the process of renting and gone beyond what your duties require which is appreciated, as is the prompt responses I receive from you. Thank you for all your assistance and advice. Kind regards Maggie ps What does concern me is the turnover of you're managing agents at Marriott Lane Real Estate, this will be the fourth one in the same amount years.

Matthew at Marriott Lane RE is the best! He was thorough, professional and more than helpful in finding us a rental property in Crows Nest. Matthew kept us apprised about available appointments for the rental properties we enquired about and went out of his way to assist us to inspect a property on his day off. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Matthew made the nightmare of finding a new home just before Christmas a breeze!

We came across Marriot Lane when we bought our apartment with them. Now that we decided to rent it out we had no doubts and went with them. Everything went very smoothly and the service was very professional. From deciding the rent price to getting guidance on all the aspects of the renting process. Best of all, the apartment was rented in less than a week with only one opening. I highly recommend their services.

Sabine went out of her way to pick me up when I got locked out of my house, she gave me her shoes to wear and bought me coffee and cakes while we waited for the keys. It has been smooth sailing since applying and being approved for my property. I am so grateful for Sabine and the team you are incredible. Thank you!
