Matt was easy to deal with at the tenancy commencement. We look forward to our tenure at our new rental.

For some time now, I have leased out our rental properties myself. After a 'false start' with one agency, I came across Matthew Hanlon of Marriott Lane. In short, he has been fantastic. He managed the advertising, the cleaning and even some small repairs with a minimum of fuss and then leased out the property very quickly for a very good rental, whilst always keeping me informed. He was so good, I gave him our second property to lease out and, again, he was excellent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My experience has been extremely poor. I don’t receive timely responses to my communications. The building manager didn’t have my details and didn’t know I was moving in. He advised that the agent is supposed to pass on the information so I did not have parking access in the first instance. I’m extremely disappointed. The ad was not displayed correctly. Gym and pool is not in this building.

We are very happy to find our first ever rented home in Australia through Marriott Lane. I found Shant as a superb agent who knows how to deal with the tenant. I am pleased.
