I was previously using a competitor for Property Management services and changed to Marriott Lane after being dissatisfied. The upgrade in service has been enormous. Would highly recommend Marriott Lane to anyone looking for PM services

Sabine has been great - she works at personal level where I feel I am her absolute focus. Her advice when to advertise and the market price we should set has been very accurate and it’s a pleasure to work with her

We experienced a seamless transaction leasing out a residential apartment in North Sydney through Matthew at Marriott Lane Crows Nest. From initial presentation to signing of the lease agreement Matthew was very professional and organised in his approach, consistently keeping us up to date on progress. Offering a competitive managing agent fee and clear fee structure were certainly not the only reasons for our choice as it is clear Matthew is very passionate about the work he performs as well as his responsibilities as a managing agent. We are very happy to have chosen Matthew at Marriott Lane to manage a property for us and the decision has certainly assisted in keeping our minds at ease.

I recently applied for a new property managed by Marriot and couldn't be happier with the experience! Any messages or calls were answered promptly, the agent Matthew was very responsive and well informed about the property and was a pleasure to deal with. Once my application was confirmed as successful, he was very efficient and clear with the information and next steps and made it all a very easy process. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

The only service provided is to organise and attend open for inspection 15 min timeslot with poor or no feedback. The landlord provided photos, the text for the advertisements and tried to change the approach to renting process. The only expertise applied is to ask landlord to reduce the rent to as minimum as possible in order to obtain potential tenants. Very unpleasant experience.
