Great property managers
Our property manager, Shant Komchian, at Marriott Lane has been excellent. Recently our property was empty for a few weeks due to current market conditions relating to COVID. Shant co-ordinated trades for some minor upgrades to the unit while it was empty on our behalf, advised on the overall market and ultimately found an appropriate tenant to move in.

Excellent agency!
Matt Hanlon manages one of my properties and he gave excellent advice on how to market it when the lease expired. I'm grateful for his advice on the work to be done to refresh the property, and it was rented out soon after the renovation was done in this challenging Covid environment.

timely, professional and friendly.
I was contacted by Shant after i lodged my application and was contacted shortly after to let me know it was in the system. The next business day Shant again contacted me and advised that I had been approved. A couple of days later I visited their offices and signed the necessary paperwork. The process was smooth timely and professional.
