Thank you Sabine for managing to fine us a new tenant so quickly in these very difficult times when real estate has been so impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic. You go the extra mile for which we are very grateful.

Our experiences with Marriott Lane have again surpassed all expectations. Most recently with tenants moving out of our rental apartment, we asked Andrea Gongolidis, Senior Property Manager of Marriott Lane to take over its management. The transition to Andrea was smooth and despite a difficult market, in less than 3 weeks with a fresh coat of paint, new tenants moved in. This feat reflected Andrea’s excellent judgement, coordination and motivation. Andrea is extremely personable, easily contactable and keeps up good communication regarding what an owner/tenant needs to know. We couldn’t recommend Andrea/Marriott Lane more highly.

Thanks Angelo Huynh for quickly finding a tenant for my mother’s property. It was vacant for less than 2 weeks which was one less stress in these difficult times. Great job.
Marriott Lane Real Estate
Angelo has been fantastic, he has resolved any concern I've had with ease and in a very reasonable timeframe.
