My property agent( victoria ebrahim) was responding to my queries very quickly when i did not sign the lease but after i signed the lease it was like she switched off the button...it was very hard to get a response from her unless followed by 3 to 4 times ..it seems to me that Marriott lane cove estate only show care for tenants before signing lease ..once done they didnt seem to care much about tenants!!

Matthew closes the deal so quick ( within 1 or 2 days after advertising ). There is no rental gap between previous tenant. Give me many practical and quick advice under this tough epidemic.
