Started well. Then moved in and found plumbing/water issues. They advertised the place as a gas oven but actually it's a hybrid gas/electricity oven. Carpet completely ruined from water leak issues. Back of a cupboard fell off overnight but fixed that myself. 5 or 6 weeks in and bugger-all fixed but we're getting there.. I do believe they care and are overall good though. CoronaVirus situation doesn't help, makes it a bit awkward. Property Manager doing his best I'd say under the circumstances. So far recommend as 9/10.
