Highly recommend the team at Marriott Lane, from the sales to the managing. I purchased the property they were marketing, their diligence and professionalism was outstanding so decided to have them look after the rental side.

Being in the industry myself I was shocked at the poor level of service I received out in the market place when looking for a new rental property this was untill we met Andrea ! She was honest professional and most importantly did everything she promised she would do. She is a credit to the industry as well as her agency.

We met Sabine from Marriott Lane Real Estate at an open inspection for a vacant rental property in Waverton. Sabine was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the property. We elected to submit our rental application the same day and she helped to have it processed quickly and kept us updated well throughout the process. After moving in, Sabine checked in with us via email and phone to see if we needed help with anything and she has responded promptly to all requests. She has been great to work with so far and is a credit to the Marriott Lane team. Thank you Sabine - keep up the great work! :-)

I found the lease agreement signing process a little rushed. Other than that, it is a good reputable company and the agents seem nice.

Andrea has been very accommodating in helping us move into our new rental, and has gone the extra mile in smoothing out the whole process. The few issues we raised were all promptly and satisfactorily addressed, and I can rest assured that we are in good hands.

5 stars. I appreciate that the staffs helped me obtain the key even if I was late on the day for signing in. And very professional in all aspects.

Really pleased with the service I have been getting from ML Real Estate. Sabine from their rentals area gave great advice & managed to lease out our property in a tough market.

Marriott Lane have been looking after my property now for over 6 years and I'm extremely happy with their service and attention to detail. And thanks Andrea for navigating us through the tenancy change in these challenging Covid times.

I was looking for a bigger apartment to move into with my family and came across a fantastic unit advertised by Marriott Lane Real Estate. Shant from this agency made the whole experience of enquiring about the unit, preparing relevant documents as part of a rental application and signing the rental contract an easy and enjoyable one, which I really appreciated given how much stress such a process already involves. Shant was always available to answer all my questions, was really helpful in clarifying some small, but still important details, and was always very friendly in all his replies and communication. I really appreciate all the support we received from Shant and the Marriott Lane Real Estate in finding a new great place for myself and my family! :)
