Our experiences with Marriott Lane have again surpassed all expectations. Most recently with tenants moving out of our rental apartment, we asked Andrea Gongolidis, Senior Property Manager of Marriott Lane to take over its management. The transition to Andrea was smooth and despite a difficult market, in less than 3 weeks with a fresh coat of paint, new tenants moved in. This feat reflected Andrea’s excellent judgement, coordination and motivation. Andrea is extremely personable, easily contactable and keeps up good communication regarding what an owner/tenant needs to know. We couldn’t recommend Andrea/Marriott Lane more highly.
